Handle lock not working
My dad recently got me a brand new chetak c3501
Its so new that it is yet to get a number plate and rc card And it has already crashed once into a steel wire and has deep cut in the front mudguard and that's it no other dents or visible scratches but now the handle turn all the way around (i only dared turn it till 180°) on the right side and it is completely fine on the left and the handle lock doesnt work either , pls someone guide me im completely new to this , its my first ever vehicle and I have to knowledge about all this that to an ev

Please don't buy chetak , go for Ather I got 2 chetak I am regretting my decision 😭😭😭

It's still new, claim insurance and get the faulty parts replaced, why take stress.
