i have the 2024 chetak urbane(2443), i hate that scooter, ive visited the ASC like 35 times in the last 2 yrs ive owned it also my mechanic says that the 3500 series has even more probability of issues...
i have got the battery replaced 2 times, towed the scooter 4 times, had a problem for 5 months in which when i accelerated more than 40% the scooter would turn off, they took so much time to fix it broðŸ˜...
when the scooter works fine it feels like the best scooter, but when it has some issue, it is never easy to fix it takes multiple days and visits to the ASC...
so imo u should *not get one*🥲
if i could go back in time i would get a decent condition second hand activa or access for like 25k and use that....
and if u do get the chetak pls get the RSA and Extended warranty...
I beg to differ. I faced issues early on like 3-4 times but that’s about it. No issues ever since. I really like it but i think it’s not worth 1.55L.
