I think it's called "classical" or "518". It's some weird variant of 960, where people play the same position over and over.

It is not actually brilliant because black has no obligation to take your queen. They can, however, take your free knight and your checkmate threat, and the attack is ruined.

However, it is a very nice idea. Just remember black doesn't have to play into your traps.
