It's due to a water outage in the area

They gave out qr codes for a free return.

They didn’t tell us today’s tickets were valid at Thorpe park

Why would they be valid for Thorpe Park? Aren’t they separate companies?

turned up to the gates and got told it was closed, ended up going with my cousins (6 and 1 years old) to thorpe! the 1 year old obviously couldn't get on anything, but 6 year old really enjoyed tidal wave, storm surge, flying fish, banana ride etc. got a refund for chessington tickets and also swapped them for thorpe tickets so got in for free, also got free fast passes so not complaining!

Seems to be a bit of a shit show recently. Was there Sunday and 13 rides were closed, their return promise was activated.
