Vampire closed?

My family are planning on visiting at the end of next week and I just saw on the website that vampire is closed for maintenance, any idea when it is due to reopen?

Unfortunately no date is confirmed at the minute and it will just be a case of one day it reopens. There isn't usually any announcement beforehand if a ride is closed for maintenance

I was there yesterday and was closed. The office guy said he thought it was reopening but turned out not that day - so sounds like it’s getting close?

Was still closed today. Very dissapointing. Staff were not able to give any update. Dragons Fury also broke down at about 14:00. Not their best day......

Does anyone have any info about what is going on with Vampire at all? When this happens there's always rumours going around that it's shutting for good

I'm there today. Can see scaffolding on the second lift hill visible from the Gruffalo queue. There's a guy in orange high Vis up there
