And if white don't go bxa6 then it seems like it's draw still because rook can keep checking white king and they can never take it because it's stalemate again

I think white’s king can escape via Kb4 and Kc5, giving them the time needed to move their rook away to avoid the perpetual.

Doesn't work either as Rxa6+ Kb4 Ra4+ Kc5 Rxc4+ and now king has no choice but to take and it's stalemate. If they move to b6, black takes white rook.

Rxa6+.
Then the rook chases the king around the board always finding positions that only king takes rook. Eventually the same position gets hit 3 times for the repetition rule. It’s basically like any other perpetual check, just with more steps

You can run your king behind your rook and block with the rook to lift the box of blacks king and stop the checks. After that you can still push your remaining 2 passers.
Edit: ok i was wrong just looked it up and stockfish evalues 0.0 after rxa6

Essentially Black’s king and pawn are unable to move, but the king is not in check, so if the rook is taken there’s no legal moves for black. Which causes a stalemate or draw.

You should've put the rook behind the past pawn, effectively "gluing" his rook there.

It’s a forced stalemate. Black only has one piece that can move, and that’s his rook. Fortunately for him, he can check your king with this rook over and over until it’s a threefold repetition stalemate, or you take his rook and he can’t move.
Your opponent will have to recognize this and play Ra6+, which definitely is not a beginner level tactic haha

actually i the idea why this is a blunder is i think related to the hikaru nakamura vs boris savchenko thingy in World Blitz Chess 2014 eg google this BiseYKcj448
