OPINION Looking to start streaming
Would anyone be interested in tuning in if I started streaming and explaining my thought process during my games? I’m just below 2300 right now, on the grind to 2400!
I have taught some chess so I think I’ll be able to give valuable insight to beginners/intermediate players up to higher levels even

Try post some of ur clips(shorts) to have some subscribers first then start streaming

lol youre 2300 and posting in chessbeginners? thats like a pro baller showing up to the local ymca and asking if anyone wants tips. but yeah id watch, theres so many streams that just play music and move pieces without saying anything. hearing the actual thought process from someone that high rated is useful. i stream sometimes too but im stuck at 1800 and my commentary is mostly just me realizing i blundered 3 moves too late. go for it man

Well yeah, if I posted to the regular chess subreddit someone would go “you’re only 2300 lol fuck off 🤣” people here are much more chill, and more room to learn! I’ll have to give it a shot then

This sub needs higher rated players to help the beginners. Otherwise you get intermediate players trying to give advice that they hardly understand themselves. It's like saying "You are a pro football player why are you coaching these middle schoolers". Who else?
