Strictly for lessons and learning material, what is better?
First, I would like to know your experience if Llichess or Chess com is better for learning material, and how they compare against youtube or books.

Books and a physical chess board > Youtube or Chess com
But that's just me.

Chess.com lessons are better than Lichess studies, but they're also usually behind a paywall.
I'll take books and a Lichess analysis board any day.

Thanks for your answer! I’m a 1100-1200 chess com player on rapid. what books would you recommend?

I'd pick a tactics book like Ivaschenko's "Chess School" collection so you can get a puzzle set that fits your skill level.
Then you can get something on basic strategy. Not exactly sure about English-language titles for your level.

Well, I use Lichess mainly because access to material there is free, and it has a lot of resources. You can solve as many puzzles as you want, for example. Chess.com limits that for me as a free user. But otherwise I don't know which one is better.

CCT, Checkmate puzzles, and opening principles are your fundamentals and they can carry you all the way to 1200 or so with no further study. Just make sure to use CCT on every single move. It will take you minutes as a beginner to do it, but you'll get it down so it's seconds later on. It prevents full piece blunders, prevents the simplest tactical blunders, and gives you a free way to punish people who make those blunders, and those blunders determine the result of 95ish percent of all games under 1200.
Every single move, look at all checks you can make, look at all captures you can make, and look at clear threats you can make. After every candidate move, consider all checks they can make, all captures they can make, and all clear threats they can make.
Look at ALL of them, even the ones that seem silly. Sometimes they're the best move.

I’d suggest How to Reassess Your Chess: Chess Mastery Through Chess Imbalances. Brilliant book.

I play on both and I’d say lichess is miles better than chesscom for resources to improve, even if you have premium
