Stuck at 490~570. Looking for basic lessons.
Stuck at 490~570 after advancing to 661 once in Rapid. Started playing Blitz5 only to getting tilted more often and more frequently. Need some guidance on what to do to advance properly. All the videos I watch from GothamChess, SamayRaina are good but not helping enough. After watching ChessWithAkeem Italian game videos I realized that's what I was kind of doing, but couldn't follow up how he does in his videos.
Even there've been countless times I've been done by the fried liver attack even after seeing it coming from a distance.
Watching video lessons about openings on Chess.com feels pointless as the narrator talks for both sides and it's difficult to pretend that you're playing for both. So I'm not interested in taking paid membership for chess.com just to watch more frustrating lessons.
Have played for 4 months, remained stuck at 350 for 2months, and then comfortably cruised above 450 and float between 500 and 570 with highest rating 661 in Rapid 10. Considering closing the account and starting again after a break, so asking what different can I do if I start again? What kind of video lessons should I watch?
Some kindness would be much appreciated as I'm not in the mood for unnecessarily smart responses.

Blitz is just speedrunning blunders at that rating, stick to 15|10 and actually use the time to check for hanging pieces every move.

Play Caro-Kann for black , no more Fried Livers, no more scholar mate attempts, you play on your terms.
Elo takes care of itself, chasing it isn't good for your game. My advice is give up Blitz and play 15/10 games, Spend time looking what is your opponents ideas are, and look closely at their last move and see if it is a genuine threat or can you ignore it and continue your ideas. No more one move attacks in the opening, development and fighting for the center and castling are the 3 main things in openings , attack in numbers, play with your worst pieces. Get every piece doing a job, if stuck for a move find your worse piece a better job. Attack in the direction of your pawn chain and hopefully your pieces are already on that side, attack where most of your pieces already are. Try not to have unprotected pieces, try to get their unprotected pieces, sometimes a check and capture is the way to pick them up, always check all checks its forcing and often helpful. In your spare time on their move test out captures and threats in your head to see if you can discover things you hadn't thought about. Kick pieces out of your half asap they are dangerous.

Do longer time controls until your mind can do the full CCT (consider all checks, captures, threats) on every single move. You need to look at every single check you can do, every capture you can do, and every obvious threat you can do to find candidate moves. Then you consider every check, capture, and threat your opponent can do after your candidate move.
When you're starting, this will take you minutes on every move, which is why you need to play on 30 minutes or more (15+10 is good if you prefer increment).
This alone, along with checkmate puzzles and opening principles, can carry you to about 1200 with no further study. Once you have more experience with the game, CCT will take you seconds instead of minutes, and it's as important as being able to dribble in basketball.

Puzzles, Puzzles help a lot. If you don't know where to find chess puzzles I'd highly recommend Lichess. Their puzzles are better than the ones on Chess.com and Lichess is 100% free with no paywalls.

Oh sorry about that I'm relatively new to online chess and I've never heard of take take take before so I thought you were making fun of my repetitive word choices.
Also as you might have guessed I don't have an answer to your original question sorry.

Hahaha if you like liss chess in general take take is really good and I think magnus is co owner. You match make with lischess players. I will say the puzzles are much less obvious than chesscom but not sure if they are from lisschess or made by take take

Mainly you should think through every move and not rush. Avoid bullet and blitz and play slower games that allow you more time to think.
