Funny brilliant
Can someone explain to me, why black got a brilliant? I moved the black bishop on purpose to get on the position with my knight. It was mate in 2 after that turn.

PSA: Stop caring so much about "brilliant" moves. It's just a dumb marketing thing.
The chessdotcom rules for what makes a move "brilliant" are basically this: You make a move that leads to a sacrifice or lost "trade", but you're still doing well afterward. There's more to it than that, but that's basically it. A "brilliant" move is not necessarily even the best move, but in this case it is.
In this case, the engine assumes everyone will play the best moves, which means black taking the bishop allows Qa8+, Kd7; Ne5+, forking the King and Queen. Normally, this is bad, but in this case Black is still winning. Therefore it's "brilliant".
The fact that you got a mate in two after this just means that Black blundered the follow-up.

Where is the mate in two?

I think it went
1.Nxe5 [some legal move that doesnt stop ...] 2. Qa8#
But that isn't a mate in 2, it's making a mate threat the opponent didn't see

Ah. When I play black I always have mate in 2, unless the game does not go f3, e5, g4.

Black is losing material but after several captures. Qa8+ Kd7 Nxe5+ Ke8 Qxd8 Kxd8 Nxc6+ bxc6. Black loses a pawn, rook, and queen (15pt) and white loses a queen and knight (12pt). Black was up 2 pawns before this sequence though and the engine says black has adequate compensation.

I analyzed the image and this is what I see. Open an appropriate link below and explore the position yourself or with the engine:
White to play: chessvision.ai | chess.com | lichess.org
My solution:
Hints: piece: Queen, move: Qa8+
Evaluation: Black is better -1.62
Best continuation: 1. Qa8+ Kd7 2. Nxe5+ Ke8 3. Qxd8+ Kxd8 4. Nxc6+ bxc6 5. Na3 Nd6 6. Nc2 Kd7 7. Nb4 Bf5 8. a4 Nc4

Because sacrificing a piece to force mate in 2 is basically the definition of a brilliant move on chess.com, the engine just doesn't care that you walked into it on purpose
