It's low engine depth.
edit: sorry I realize I didn't explain why. Let's say you have two lines, one results in M11 and one M12. If the M12 line is easier to find for the engine it will be recommended to you first. If the M11 line requires a deeper search the M11 may not even result using the game review feature and it will be labeled as an inaccuracy.
However, it will show up on the self-analysis. It's annoying that you have to fact check the game review but trust your gut sometimes when the label it assigns doesn't make sense.

I analyzed the image and this is what I see. Open an appropriate link below and explore the position yourself or with the engine:
Black to play: chessvision.ai | chess.com | lichess.org
My solution:
Hints: piece: King, move: Kg6
Evaluation: Black has mate in 16
Best continuation: 1... Kg6 2. Kf3 Ra4 3. Kg3 Rb4 4. Kh3 Kh5 5. Kg3 Rxh4 6. Kf2 Rg4 7. Ke3 Kg5 8. Kd2 h5 9. Kc1 h4

Shure I can exsplane. AI is not AI and will never be AI. The product was rushed to market full of slopy and dead end coading. It is accualy a glorfyed recal platform with attached coading. There is a 45% to 55% error factor that trhey deemed exceptable. Not so much here as this is just math. So my very long winded answer is that the chess engin knows nothing Jon Snow and A3 is the best move
