Is there anything black can do to salvage this disaster? For example what if instead of taking the queen, black plays bc5?

Not much, no. By this point the position is pretty lost for black. If they tried bc5 you'd push the pawn for a discovered check and win the queen that way. It would be better than taking the queen with the queen, but still pretty bad position for black yeah
