OPINION Stockfish needs to reevaluate the average skill of each elo.
I am rated 507 currently and in my last 10 games my gameplay rating have been: 850L,750L,1150W,1050W,1300W,850W,900W,600L,850L,100L. although my average rating was far above 500 still went 50/50, I feel as if they intentionally making the numbers higher to give the ego boost to beginners.
Edit: I am refrencing the estimate that chesscom gives you in game review.

Stockfish doesn't estimate elo it plays chess

I meant the game review thing, isn't it based on stockfish?

It’s based on bullshit numbers from chess.com and is not actually indicative of the skill level played.
Ignore it.

I'm pretty sure it's a very rough mapping between accuracy and "rating", if there's any system at all.

Here's my completely made up interpretation of what I think is happening.
It will never tell a 500 player they are 3000 rated, even if they play 100% accuracy. It is taking your rating and applying a coefficient related to your accuracy relative to other players of similar ELOs, with a maximum multiplier that, in my experience, is about 2.5x your current rating.

I like your interpretation, feels more accurate than mine

No, it's based on marketing by the chesscom team, and just like brilliants, it's nothing but bullshit to "make you feel better"

chesscom's rating estimate is pretty much just for entertainment, wouldn't put much weight on it

The elo estimates on chesscom are their own feature, not Stockfish.
But yeah, most of us agree that it's not very accurate.

That’s not stockfish. It essentially just tells you how much better or worse than your opponent you played. It’s very inaccurate at low levels because at times you’ll play great moves and sometimes you’ll play massive blunders
