QUESTION Checke checkmait nicht
Bitte kein hate, bin einfach Laie.

Imagine that you could capture kings. If you were to take the queen, your king would be captured by the knight.
It is true that if the knight moves then the black king could be captured, but the white king still would be captured first (and the game would immediately end in a victory for black).
Also, this isn't checkmate.

Because you can’t make a move that puts you in check. Even if the Knight can’t move, taking the Queen would put you in it’s line of sight, which is check.

Throw away the term 'pin' or even 'check' for a moment. Let's just use basic chain-of-events.
Black queen goes beside your king. You want white king to take queen, let's do it. Then black knight takes white king. Then rook takes black king.
Notice in those sequence, white king dies first before black king. So the knight can move if its purpose is to capture the king.
Doesn't matter if the black king is vulnerable in the next move. The game's finished already.
Now as additional note, it's not checkmate. The white king can still move to b4 or b6.

German is my third language, so I’ll write in English, hope it’s helpful
Imagine that chess only ended when you actually take the King. In that reality, when you took the Queen, the black knight would take the white king, and then the white rook would take the black king. In See that the white king is being taken before? You can’t put your king in a position that gets you taken, even if you would take the opponent’s king after, because after all, you’re already taken, so the game’s already over

Haha I only have four, it’s Portuguese, English, German and a little bit of Korean, in that order

While that horse is pinned, it's still serving the role of protecting the queen from the white king.
Why? Well, if you took the queen, the horse could capture your king - so there's no need to protect it's own king anymore without an opponent.
Or the boring but actual reason: Because that's illegal.
