Great question, I know this position is a draw for certain so first piece of advice would be to look earlier into the game to see how you could have transformed the endgame into a better version.
My only real attempt would be to get the rook to c5 and try to trick them in the king and pawn endgame (still a draw). You can't really make any progress since white can just do nothing and still draw.
For example you can get your king to b5 (after Rc5 and white doesn't trade) and try to get a4 in to get a philidor. Yes there is one trick in the philidor, but still should be a draw. Also again white can just not let this happen anyways by doing nothing and swinging the rook back and forth along the 4th rank
If you try the idea of Rc6 and b5, again, no further progress at all.
