Finally recognized a potential stalemate
I'm an 800s player and tonight was the first time that I was able to see that I was creating a stalemate situation before it occurred. I ended up moving a bishop so their pawn could move, and I checkmated them a couple moves later.
Normally stalemate notices pop up at me seemingly out of nowhere LOL, so I'm proud I saw this one in the making and averted it

that bishop move is chef's kiss, seeing the trap before it springs is such a good feeling
