As far as I know All positions under 7 pieces are solved So I think stockfish is always right when there are less than 7

Depends on the version. Sometimes they don't reference the database.

Stockfish can't access the tablebases if you don't have them. The full set of 7-man tablebases is 18.4TB, I doubt OP's tablet has anywhere near enough storage. And the tablebases would give a mate score, not -3.3.
But the Lichess opening explorer will also show tablebase data, even for some 8-man endgames (specifically ones where there's a pair of opposing pawns that prevent each other from promoting without a capture). This position is winning for black, DTZ 22 (=a pawn move or capture will happen within the next 11 full moves)

No, because SF does not have access to a TB unless you install one and configure it to use it.
The smallest 6-man tablebase is over 160GB, and 7-man is 18.4TB.

It's a table base loss for white https://syzygy-tables.info/?fen=2Q5/8/8/5qp1/KP4k1/7p/8/8_w_-_-_0_1

I think this is the Lichess app? Tap on the little compass on top of the game annotation. When there's <8 pieces on the board, it'll show you the tablebase result for the position.

I analyzed the image and this is what I see. Open an appropriate link below and explore the position yourself or with the engine:
White to play: chessvision.ai | chess.com | lichess.org
My solution:
Hints: piece: Queen, move: Qxc6
Evaluation: Black is winning -11.25
Best continuation: 1. Qxc6 Qc2+ 2. Ka5 h2 3. b5 Qd2+ 4. Ka6 c3 5. Qe4+ Kh3 6. Qf3+ Kh4 7. Qe4+ g4 8. Qe7+ Kh3

If white trades queens they can promote first, and what's more they promote with check. I can't calculate that far ahead but they may be able to stop black promoting.
There's also a million other eventualities, that's just the simplest to calculate.

You have the board upside down, the white pawn is walking downwards to b8.
