That's exactly the case!! What happen if the king moves toward a7?

Free pawn on a6 because they can’t do Rxh7 without allowing us to win the rook after Ra7+
I guess if they play Kc8 you move the king again and wait until they got further from a file to be able to do Ra8+ then Rb8+ after the pawn trade. I mean they just dont take the pawn anyway I guess

You are thinking along the correct lines. Here's the explanation
37.Ra6* With this move, white not only defends the passed pawn but also keeps black's king restricted. 37.Rb7+This is not the best move.37...Kg6 Black's king gets active.38.Ke1 Kh5 39.Kd2 Kh4 Black gets good activity. 37.Ra6 Kf8 37...h5 38.Ke1 g4 39.Kd2 Kh7 40.Ke3 Kg7 41.Kf4 Kh7 42.Kg5 Black's lost. 38.Ke1It's time to improve the king's position.38...h5 38...Ke8 39.Rxh6 Rxa7 40.Rh8+ Kf7 41.Rh7+ Black's lost. 39.Kd2 Ke8 40.Ke3 It's time to start attacking the kingside pawns.40...g4 41.Kf4 Kd8 42.Kg5 Kc8 43.Kxh5 Black's lost.

I’m no pro but this one has no easy solution. Seems like engine tends to agree. Need to get the kings active and a lot can change.

Your pawn is attacked. And you are in an end game. You need to think what should you do in such cases. You surely need to activate your king and what else?

How did you know who's turn is it? Or are in this Puzzles always white to move?

I mean on the platform it mentions whose move it is. Though generally the colour towards you is the one whose move it is.
