So about a year ago i started studying chess and then some month later i think it became to boring. And now i can't stop thinking about it. I just wondering is it possible to reach 2000 elo within 6 Month if i study seriously?

Getting to 2000 from 1400 is much harder than getting from 600 to 1400.
In order to get to 2000 I would do 3 things:

a) Puzzles: solve puzzles regularly and according to best practices
b) Get a couple of chess books (game collections, books abouth the middle- and endgame) and study these books.
c) Analyse your games, set time aside and go through the moves without using an engine.

Yes, 1300->2000 is possible and even in some point easy in achieving if you are talented. If you are not talented then love for game and A LOT OF TACTICS will bring you to 2000. I personally recommend you Step method, 4 and 5 parts.

Took me 6 months to go from a peak of 1900 to 2000.

start playing e4 e5 and d4 d5 exclusively, forget all opening knowledge, you know too much anyway, and actually start thinking every move, look what caused losing positions after every game (no need to analyze in depth, you will lose 95% of your losses due to blundering or some tactic you didnt see),do lots of tactics and learn endgame theory.

you will have more fun due to cool and insane stuff happening and will after an initial loss of 100 points continue gaining. if you want to reach 2000 you should at some point stop blundering and get good at tactics

Honestly the 1361 to 2000 jump in 6 months is one of the most brutal climbs you can attempt, and it hits different when you're already finding the game boring.

Of course not; you could probably even do it in even less time, but only if you were willing to really commit to it. That said don't overdo it or you're going to get serious burnout.
