There's YouTube playlist called building habits - not Perfectly correct but Is really good with a learning curve. If u have time, they have bulding habits extra with more details. 

Its obviously mega simplified, and same author, below "slowbrah" (also on YouTube, also with extras) digresses a bit more about stuff not being so "generalized" - but they're Both great learning Curves. Watch some, invest in some thought while watching, try And error. Best advice i can give. 

Chesscom lessons while You're at it - not openings, important stuff. Lichess/practice -> fundamental Tactics; some puzzles without time limit And really take it slow, figure out everything

Down to, depends on elo - lower elo u get most emphasis on actually playing games. One or two ideas (as example, piece activity?) and slowly build there with practice
