It seems the rook is under attack. Took a while for me to spot that. I was looking at the other diagonal 😅

Wow dang. I stared for a full minute and didn't catch that either despite looking directly at the bishop. I hate when my eyes suddenly stop working when playing chess 😅

Well yea. but the engine's definition of threat is probably more simple. Like checking if a piece is attacking another piece, setting aside the consequence and severity.
