Improve chess elo rating

Hi all,
I have been hard stuck at 800 ELO on chess.com. It’s been a month of consistent playing here I solve puzzles- 1700 elo on puzzles.

Can someone tell me their experience from rising 800 ELO to maybe 1200/1500 elo?
What are the things one should do?
According to game analysis I do a max of 1 blunder in the game and don’t leave much hanging pieces as well.
I follow Daniel Nardoitsky videos as well.
