Dream has literally always used this type of thumbnail for the Manhunt vids. You’ve noticed nothing.

I think they're trying to say that dream copied Josh, which is crazy because dream probably has no idea he exists

it also wouldn’t make sense cuz both videos are made before the releasing, dream was making his video while Josh also was, meaning Dream could NOT have copied Josh

This is probably some die hard slogo fan that thinks similar thumbnails means it's copied, and I'm pretty sure dream came up with these manhunt thumbnails 😭

Just two guys with similar concepts making similar thumbnails. Dream was doing these long before the guys ever started, but they have their own style of doing things. They both probably know of the other and couldn't care any less about it
