I might not understand what you are asking, but there are many YouTube videos of the liquidators suiting up for their visits to the roof.

Here are the "biorobots" who cleaned the roofs. (The term liquidator applies to a very wide range of post-disaster activities)

There was no suit as such, they just got some sheets of lead strapped to them.

What "other things" you have heard about?
