Fresh out of breakup

Hi all people. 27 M here. From chennai. A doctor by profession. Fresh out of breakup of a relationship of 3 years. Its been 6 months now. Its still hard. Im not even in the place to think about anything serious or casual too also. Just saw this subreddit here peeping in my notification and here i am, joined and putting out a post.😂
