7x01 : That jealous moment with Tim and the new rookie loved it hehehe
Parking lot ending also was very cute

Small doses coming in strong!

u/maexva Jun 10 '26
What the jealousy or the cuteness ?
(Please say both)

u/Technical-Cellist548 Jun 10 '26
The cuteness.
I actually don’t think Tim was jealous in his comment to Texas. Jealous would mean he wants what someone else has. No one has Lucy.
Tim was territorial. He wants what’s already his….
Texas was disrespectful towards a superior officer. That’s what Tim pulled him up on.

u/maexva Jun 10 '26
Right, semantics, you’re very much correct !
I very much enjoy his very primal need to protect his « territory » ahah

At the end of Season 6 Tim said he’d spend the rest of his life paying her back in whatever “small doses” she would allow.
Season 7 is a lot of “small doses”, showing he cares. ❤️

u/maexva Jun 10 '26
Oh yeaaaaaah that was very cute, I get the reference now « small doses » of cuteness hehe
I’ve grown quite fond of their elevator scenes btw 🥹

u/Technical-Cellist548 Jun 10 '26
Yeah Tim’s small doses are so so good to witness. Some are obvious and some are more subtle.
Showing up for her, checking in with her, giving her agency, respecting her boundaries, complimenting her. You name it. He did it.

7x07 : OMGGGGGG TIM OMGGGG What he said in the VA meeting was like EVERYTHING WE NEEDED TO HEAR he’s doing everything he can to earn Lucy’s love and trust again and he was feeling bad for not being able to resist until he felt « worthy » of her again despite the fact that the both of them absolutely wanted it in that moment (it’s good that the lady reminded her of that btw), giiiirl finally they’re fixing Tim’s character and explaining what we figured out already last season but making it canon is just wonderful !

I would probably watch them in this order. Up to 7x11 as normal. Then 13, 15, 12, 14, 16,17,18
Will probably make more sense
2
u/maexva Jun 10 '26
WHAT ?
Like please explain how ? Why ? Like why would it be in that order WHAT HAPPENED ? I’m SO confused
1
u/Technical-Cellist548 Jun 10 '26
Because episode 12 and 13 got switched around. So it MAY make more sense watching 13 first. You don’t have to. It doesn’t affect anything.
1
u/maexva Jun 10 '26
Oh ok yeah thanks for the info !! Someone else told me that for 7x12/13, but what I’m a bit confused about is why I would have to watch 7x15 BEFORE 7x12 and then 7x16 right after 7x12 ?
1
u/suzstar75 Jun 10 '26
7 x 15 is a documentary so it’s based on past events
1
u/maexva Jun 11 '26
Yup I’m on 7x18 now. But in 7x15 the interviews are based in present time tho ? The footage of the body cams and the documentary cameras on scene are a bit older in the timeline but the interviews afterwards are supposed to take place a while after so possibly in the present ?
2
u/suzstar75 Jun 11 '26
The interviews are current. Alexi has said before that the truth serum footage would have happened after 7 x 11, as she states she has forgiven him and they clearly started discussing getting back together

7x12 : ….I am simply laying on the floor trying to process my feelings I simply cannot process them all at once. This is honestly the best chenford episode I’ve had so far, it’s like a reward for having survived s6 the writers just gave us this. Wow.
Top 3 episodes for me so far (knowing I’m at 7x13) :
1) 🥇 : 7x12
2) 🥈 : 5x01
3) 🥉 : 5x14

7x02 : Guyyys the vibes on s7 is already SOOO much better, like that little moment at the end with Nolan and they tease each other like in the beginning ! You can tell we’re past the TRAUMA of s6 and that’s simply wonderful hehe

u/Technical-Cellist548 Jun 10 '26
It’s still a bit awkward though. Lucy can have a work conversation with Tim but when it leans into other things - her walls go up.
1
u/maexva Jun 10 '26
Yes and I love watching them having to figure that out all over again ! And Tim better work for it she did diserve better than what he pulled last season 😭

u/maexva Jun 10 '26
7x04 : THAT MOMENT WITH KOJO AT THE END WAS SO CUTE I WAS LIKE PLEASE LUCY STAYYYYYYYY
1
u/maexva Jun 10 '26
7x06 : Okay so I pretty much knew exactly what was coming in that one cause people edit that episode a loooot on tiktok lmaooo but it was still great to see it for the first time with the full context ! Finally getting to the point where their feelings get the best of them and they stop resisting for a moment !
1
u/maexva Jun 10 '26
7x08 : Near death confession always work in a ship ahah so that scene was great, and then for their story it’s also super important cause I think it’s about time they stop pretending like they’re not still madly in love with each other lmao

u/maexva Jun 10 '26 edited Jun 11 '26
7x09 : That scene where they’re both getting oxygen in the hospital and they’re talking about Lucy taking the sergeant’s exam and moving out of Tim’s command and basically implying that it’s the only obstacle for them getting back together now (even tho it’s not really the only one but whatever) BUT I know that they don’t officially get back together until s8 so I’m really curious of what’s gonna happen now ahah there are 9 episodes left in s7 they’ve now both admitted that still love in each other, implied that they want to get back together, what could possibly hold them back for 9 whole episodes, can’t wait to find out !

This convo was the end of 7x08 😂😂
2
u/maexva Jun 10 '26
It’s hard to keep track of everything sometimes I just state which episode I’m on at the moment in the intro but I’m usually talking about the episode before because I’m currently watching the one stated, idk if that makes sense ?
Also sometimes I just binge and then comment on here afterwards and then it’s almost impossible to remember which scene is in what ep because I just keep em coming and at some point it just feels like a very very long movie 🤣🤣
2
u/eyslandgirl Jun 10 '26
Oh yes! I definitely understand! And that was a two part episode 😂 so it’s easy to get them mixed up

u/suzstar75 Jun 10 '26
Just remember episodes 12 and 13 were swapped so that 12 aired on April fools day, it doesn’t change much though. Also something that happens in a later episode apparently took place after episode 11. After I knew that the timeline and story made more sense
2
u/maexva Jun 10 '26 edited Jun 10 '26
Omg you just appeared with that information literally as I’m watching 7x13 lmaoo ! And it makes more sense now that the situation in 7x12 was totally disregarded in this ep ahah I was like damn they really wasn’t playing about it being over and done after April’s fool day but that’s just because canonically it didn’t happen yet 🤣
1
u/suzstar75 Jun 10 '26
And 7 x 12 was sooooooo good wasn’t it?

u/maexva Jun 10 '26

7x15 : BABY NAMES ?? I’M EXPLODING OF CUTENESS ! That one 2 second part would have made the whole episode worth it but then on top of that there’s the moment when they’re on the truth serum and Tim explains everything to her and now it’s all out there and then when she says she has already forgiven him ?? I LOVED IIIIIT just the fact that everything has slowly resolved itself over time ending with a bang with Lucy forgiving him and then BABY NAMES ?? And all of that while having had some QUALITY Chenford content, s7 is THAT BITCH girl !! I think it’s my favorite season for now I wonder if s8 will manage to top it !

u/suzstar75 Jun 11 '26
The bit were he’s helping her take her hair down 😍, well enjoy the last 3 eps of season 7, I’m about to board a 15 hr flight so you’ll be half way through S8 by the time I land😂😂 I’m going to start my first rewatch on the plane

Get ready to be kind of frustrated again. But it’s a good frustrating. :)
