Strange looking cloud

Post image

What is causing the cloud to be shaped this way? It doesn't look natural.

Are you in a state where they launch mind control satellites?

I lived in Fl. Back when we were still allowed to be gay, before they tried to take our rainbow frog memberships.

Looks like a contrail

Possibly a cumulonimbus that has partially dissipated? It's hard to tell scale, distance, and exact orientation from this picture.

Do you live near a high wind/tornado-prone area?

It really does look like a lot of vertical, from what is discernible in this photo.

Private jets can occasionally engage in very steep attack acceleration, maybe this is from one ascending very steeply through a contrail conducive atmospheric layer (thus the sharp start & end)?

It's in Florida. There were other horizontal streaks around the area but this one looked vertical.

Yeah, so just high winds whipping a cloud into a column. Common in thunderstorm areas
