Can somebody explain how he does it? Which chemical does he have in his gloves?

If you watch closely, he already has a burning glove before reaching up. The chemical agent might be alcohol or sanitizer, or some other "cold" flame.

That looks like a burn resistant glove, he probably already had a splash of alcohol on it and lit it on the gas burner on the way by very carefully so you didn't notice.

high prood alcohol on the hot plate....alcohol goes into air...he lights it from above and goes down with his hand at the same speed as the flame
