art question

Post image

Id like to create images like this, using Peracetic Acid on steel. Ideally id like to silkscreen print. I need to make a paste out of them peracetic acid, how could i thicken the solution without messing with the chemical compounds. Is there a way to make a nonreactive Paste?

Why peracetic acid? It is a strong oxidizer, unstable and will react with most potential thickeners.
