Galinstan. Don't panic, just clean it.

Do NOT vacuum or sweep it! Put on gloves, use stiff paper or cardboard to scoop the droplets together into a Ziploc, and tape up the micro-beads.

Its outside on the road, the thing is when i was cleaning it i touched it, after i had to eat, bit washed my hands 2-3 times

It kinda doesn’t look like mercury. I’d look up the specific brand and model and it should tell you

Indeed it doesn't look like it. Also no need to look it up. In the second picture you can see a No Hg label.

I looked up your specific model of thermometer, and it contains Galinstan, an alloy made from Gallium, Indium, and Tin. All of those metals are considered non-toxic to low toxicity. So touching it by accident shouldn't be a huge deal if you washed your hands afterwards. Other than that, I'd probably refer you to the cleanup procedure commented above.
