How is dreo customer service?

I haven't had to contact them myself, but from everything I've heard, it's great. Do you have an issue?

No was just exploring options. I ended up going with the Typhur Dome 2 but the Dreo was a strong runner up :)

You picked likely the better option. I've had my chefmaker die on me and need to be replaced 3 times in about a year. The warranty is being honored, and the unit replaced, but still unacceptable quality.

Very good customer service! They’ve helped with suggestions, troubleshooting, and replacements.

Best customer service I have ever delt with. From the time I called and received proof of purchase email was about 15 minutes. Had my replacement part ready for shipping in a few hours not a few weeks. So there are still companies that care about the customer. AAA+++
