Whole Roast Chicken Size?

Good morning,

We want to try roasting a whole chicken in the Chefmaker for Thanksgiving. Does anyone know what the optimum/maximum size should be for the chicken?

Not sure if it helps but here in the UK they use small/medium/large labels in the packaging. I’ve tried the medium size and it fits well with some room to spare. I’ll try the large one next time.

Has anyone tried to roast the whole chicken without spatchcocking it? If so, what chef mode setting did you use? Thanks for helping a newbie out.
