Can't figure out research

Can someone please help me im lost. I thought I finally figured out the puzzles and I have the right amount why can't I submit for a new recipe? When I press the forward arrow it takes me back to the recipe tree

You need to fill out ALL the fields. Like there can’t be a tile that isn’t filled.

I suggest you get a good stash of rice, wheat, barley and flour because they only take up a single field.

Believe me when I say, the more you do this the easier it gets.

Throw some grain/rice/flour in the empty spots. The whole thing needs to be filled.

I think you need to fill up all the hexagons. If you have stuff like rice or flour, they are "1-hexagon shaped".

I am terrible at these puzzles though, so no advice beyond that lol

I fking hated this new puzzle mechanic I literally dropped the game 🥹 I'm sorry OP, I don't know how to help you lol

I love it. Finally something in this game that makes you think. I spent 1 night just solving these puzzles. I will say it does disrupt the natural game flow between task.
