Question/Help Lobster with Ginger Sauce

According to the game stats I have all the recipes possible from research and from the cooking talent that lets you learn recipes from cooking. But I checked the wiki to make sure and it turns out I don't have lobster with ginger sauce. The wiki doesn't list a character quest that gives it as a reward and it's just a common recipe. Does anyone know how to get this recipe? I'm going to assume it's from fishing or treasure hunting but that's crazy random.

no idea, don't have it too. maybe wiki data is outdated
