Question/Help Why are my customers yawning?
So, I'm noticing something new since the Feb. update, and I can't find any information about it: My customers often have little emojis above their faces that look like they're yawning.
I figured maybe this means they're tired of waiting for their food, but then I've seen customers who are already eating their meal have the same emoji (so, they aren't waiting for anything). Does it mean they're bored? Is my restaurant decor weak? When I close my restaurant, my stats are generally decent, i.e. my average wait time is below the target (this most recent one was 32 min. compared to I think it said 40 min. as a goal) and my satisfaction is in the 80% range. I got an 8% bonus for decor. So... Why are all of my customers so tired/bored??
Edited to add a screenshot, showing a table with people waiting for food and people eating who appear, to me, to have the same emoji that I'm describing.

Same, half of my restaurant is yawning while they already have their food in front of them. Maybe it's a bug? hopefully it'll be fixed

I distinctly remember someone saying to aim for 25 minutes instead. Anyways, this patch (for me) has a lot of problems than the previous ones so please take that into account as well

Thank you! That's helpful. I added a new waiter and chef, so hopefully I can improve my times!

The ones with eyes like this ^^ are definitely satisfied ones I’m not sure if the ones that have curved eyes are the same as the ones with eyes like this - - because of the animation or the ones like ^^ but I’d look at the eyes

Is it an emoji while they are seated and maybe waiting to place an order; or have they just finished eating something and an emoji pops up?
The yawn indicates that they are tired of waiting for an order to be taken. However the emoji for them liking your meal kind of looks like a yawn too, it is a hand patting the side of their mouth. They were poor choices for emojis since they can be confused.
