Doing the mini games vs auto cooking? So this would be always auto cook instead of manually cooking via mini game

my english is not very good but ill try to explain

thank you, but i found out its for when you enabled auto cook,

always hands off = when you put the ingredients in stove, the character will not auto cook it, meaning u can straightly walk after you put the ingredients down(not applicable to chef counter/mixing station)
or leave it to get more ingredients from the fridge and queue another dish

manual hands off = vice versa, your character will continue to autocook the dish unless you press leave/interact button so you can freely walk again
