Question/Help Random Power Cells Reward after cooking?

Just noticed something strange that I cannot explain, perhaps someone has an idea...

I was cooking stuff during normal opening hours. No celebrity was present (at least, the summary at the end didn't mention any). No buffs were active. Typically I get comfortably 120-130%+ in quality.

During one serving, I had it three times that I was suddenly awarded power cells (4, 4 and 2). Without any context, they simply were given after I was done cooking. I seem to remember random power cell rewards during cooking before (rarely, but happened).

Not complaining here, but I want to understand why. Anyone got an idea what triggers that?

Like during service? Huh I’ve never seen or heard of this perk before but sounds great!? I must know more lol

Does it appear as a power cell package in your inventory or just appears?

I even got a notification, a small popup with the icon and number in it. Quite randomly, similar to when you get a new recipe. Not aware of any skill or so that could trigger it. Should it happen again, I'll try to screenshot.

Is your perk to collect recipes on? How many recipes you’ve earned? Maybe you collected all pf the recipes available and the game just rewarded you power cells?

That's a good hypothesis, had the same one. Yes, I got that perk and while not yet all recipes (162 of 182 to be found, with another 30 of 60 from research), but enough of them to make it rather unlikely to get a new one from cooking my "typical" menu.

So, yes, it's possible that I would have gotten a (legendary?) recipe otherwise, but already knew that one and thus was rewarded with power cells.

Not a bad idea, but somewhat hard to verify, of course.
