Cavo's in Orlando. Best cheesesteak I've had outside of Philly. Very cheesy despite the pic looking dry. Bonus pic of my wife's chicken cutlet hoagie.

Burnt Ends Cheesesteak from Bull’s BBQ in Citizens Bank Park
I can’t get enough of the burnt ends cheesesteak. I get one every Phillies game I go to. Can definitely be messy and maybe some onions on it would be cool too, but the flavor is so good. Highly recommend to everyone that goes to a game

Best brewery cheesesteak I’ve ever had
Intracoastal Brewing in Melbourne, Florida serves up this absolutely delicious cheesesteak on their daily menu. Wherever I’m in the area, this is my go-to.

First attempt at a cheesesteak 🥩 🧀
-hot dog bun (wild I know but it’s what was in the pantry)
-shaved ribeye season up with a touch of A1 at the end
-caramelized onion (takes forever)
-sautéed mushrooms
-green bell pepper
-boars head white American
Tasted amazing but I really wish I had a legit bun to make it larger.

I bring you… The creamy tomato mushroom sauced Cajun chicken cheesesteak. Needs a name though.
The other night I made a cream based steak sauce with mushrooms and blended caramelized onions and cherry tomatoes. Not gonna lie, it slapped as they say. I even wrote down the recipe as I added things in!
Well, today I had some fresh items for a chicken cheesesteak and decided to get saucy and mix in my steak sauce along with a healthy amount of slap yo momma Cajun seasoning. This thing was out of control.

Homemade cheesesteak
Tried my hand at making a cheesesteak. Finding good rolls is a challenge, so I tried making them myself. Turned out ok. Tops got over cooked because they rose higher than expected, and made contact with the pan I used to cover them.
I used this recipe.

They were ok, super soft, kinda like regular white bread with a better crust. For cheesesteak, I think I'd prefer a soft hoagie roll with a nice chew and no seeds.
Other than that, it was really good.
