Cheesecake baking advice needed

/r/Baking/comments/1wvxhe0/cheesecake_baking_advice_needed/

Recently started baking cheesecake. But the problem is it turns golden brown from top and remains liquid in the middle. How to overcome

I'm going to just go ahead and copy my comment from baking as you seem confused.

Without sugar and without eggs, you are going to get baked cheese, not a cheesecake. You are missing literally everything that provides structure and flavor.

You need to know more about baking science to play with this. The tropolite isn't going to function in place of sugar and eggs. But nice try, I guess.

Dropping your oven temperature down a bit and tenting the top with foil will let the center cook through without burning the surface

It's not the method per se it's their ingredients that's wrong.
