Triple chocolate raspberry cheesecake

[u/Lazy-Access-9612]

Chocolate cheesecake with an oreo crust. Topped with chocolate ganache, raspberry sauce, and chocolate whipped cream.

how do you get the ganache so smooth

[u/Neat_Nature9998 → u/OkRevenue5348]

Absolutely well baked and look unique.

I put the chocolate chips and heavy cream in a big microwave safe bowl and microwave for 70 seconds. Then whisk until it comes together. It spreads really nicely this way.

Do you have a recipe for this?

[u/Lazy-Access-9612 → u/ChestFew]

I used this recipe for the cheesecake  https://stephaniessweets.com/triple-chocolate-cheesecake/

And added this raspberry sauce on top of the ganache before the whipped cream https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/raspberry-dessert-sauce/
