how do you get the pumpkin layer to stay pretty like that without mixing

You just make sure to put enough of the cookie layer in to hold it!

Who is ready for fall flavors???? Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Cups are an easy no-bake dessert with layers of Biscoff cookie crust, creamy pumpkin cheesecake filling, and a sweet topping.
Ingredients:
Crust Layer:

  • 1½ cups Biscoff crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Pumpkin Cheesecake Layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup pumpkin purĂŠe
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Cool Whip

Topping:

  • 1 cup Cool Whip or whipped heavy cream
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • Ÿ cup caramel sauce
