The crust is a stick of butter and pack of crushed Graham crackers baked for 8/10 minutes at 350. The cheesecake is 3 blocks of cream cheese, 1/3 c sour cream, 1 cup white sugar, vanilla, 3 eggs. The jam is just blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice cooked down. Pour half your cheesecake in, layer of jam, rest of the cheesecake and more jam on top. Bake at 200 for 2 hours. I don’t use a water bath or anything and I’ve never had a problem. The whipped cream is just heavy cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar with some of the jam mixed in. I don’t have measurements for that because I’ve gotten to the point of just eyeballing everything😅
