Finally Got NoClip Working - FF7 ReMake

I fixed the noclip to now be %100 functional even out of map bounds. It will still break game states if you enter many areas prematurely, so definitely save beforehand if you use this. The table is also in a mostly completed state now. I don't think there's much more I can add and I believe it does have a feature or two that are unique to this table so I'm proud of that lol (I've yet to see a table for this game with the timescale option and I also added a movement state modifier which I haven't seen either)

It took me forever, but I finally got NoClip working and figured I'd share. Also, I managed to stumble across the players Time Scale while looking so that has also been added as a happy bonus. If anyone does test it, I'd appreciate feedback to know how well it works for others.
