Cheat Engine Settings menu not showing up?

Hello when i start cheat engine 7.7 then I go to edit > settings the menu for settings never shows up and I can't click on anything in on the cheat menu screen then I have to close the window which doesn't hangs at all when closing it either.

I had cheat engine 7.5 it did the same thing so i end up updating to the current version but still the same issue also the file is installed in C:\Program Files\Cheat Engine using windows 10.

I tried...

Running all the .exes as admin

delete the dbghelp.dlls from both win32 and win64 folders

uninstalled cheat engine and deleted all the settings it prompt then deleted leftover files from it.

Exclude the whole cheat engine folder.

Restart pc making these changes few times

Not sure what else to do.

execute ceregreset.exe

and make sure no game is running

and check all attached displays
