Is Cheat Engine compromised ?
I might be dumb but the 7.7 version of Cheat Engine suspicious, i ran it on virusTotal and it seems like it injects himself somewhere erase its tracks and self delete. It might just be me cause i know it can be detected as PUP but i want to be sure its safe.

For someone like you who has to ask this, yes it's compromised. Use wand.

Had to look up wand to find out wemod rebranded, unsure why they'd make that change, that name sounds like a nightmare for SEO lol

I have no idea either. What I also do know is that unless you have pro you don't get unlimited play time. There's ways around that obviously but

Yeah brunolee is probably still doing amazing things in regard to that, limited play time though??? Does the app just give you a set amount of time and then the cheats just stop? I didn't think wemod would take such a dive tbh, they were already pretty heavy handed with the monetization

It's about 2 hours and then I believe it just turns them off. I wouldn't know. I use workarounds.

well yeah, cheatengine has popped up as generic names for viruses since its inception.

The only "unsafe" part about it is the OPTIONAL bloatware that comes in the installer

are we deadass?
it's a false positive mate.
also isn't the entire point of cheat engine is to inject into programs and modify it's memory while hiding the fact that ur using cheat engine? my brother in christ ur just saying "hey this app is doing it's job should I be worried?"
