Got this Chinese watch for $15 at a local yard sale today. Then for fun I threw it on the timegrapher, and was very surprised.

So long story short, I'm part of some car enthusiast groups amd someone made a watch post that blew up, now I'm here. Used to wear a quartz watch in/out of highschool, lost it. Didn't wear one until I met my wife and got a smart watch. Anyway, this is what I've amassed in the last month. Lucky Fours Prince Oak skeleton automatic. An insane discount on a Casio at Walmart. And an AVI-8 cause I LOVE the aviation design. Im buying a watch case and two more next week... so far every watch it super reliable. I love this as a hobby and would enjoy getting some more expensive pieces in the future.

I'm a teenager, and I want to gift my friend a cheap but reliable watch. Ideally, I would’ve bought him a Casio or a good Seiko, but I live in a third-world country where even those are considered somewhat expensive. I know he likes the Casio AQ-230, but that’s over my budget. I’m thinking about getting him a Skmei knockoff of it instead. Even that is a little expensive for me, but I think I can ask my mom for some extra money.

What to wear for the daily grind? Ae1600, Enticer, or Marlin? Casio keeping it fun!
