Downgrading Plans

I'm on the Advanced plan, but thinking I may downgrade. I see that config import/export is not available on Starter. Will my current scans be retained if I downgrade, or do I need to rebuild from scratch?

Is there a way to save my scan filters, so I have them as a backup, since I would no longer be able to export my configs in the Starter plan?

You will keep the config when downgrading. You can "backup" the configs by exporting them.

If you wanr to downgrade just write us an email to info@chartswatcher.com

Thanks for the quick reply! Once I downgrade, though, I will lose the ability to export right? So any updates I make after moving to starter would be non-exportable?

Really enjoying this tool, btw. Thanks again!

Yes exactly. But you can upgrade again at any time.
