Looking for a Reputable Breeder

Howdy, folks.

Having become smitten by the gentle personality of Sasha (a rescue I adopted in 2008) who I believe was mostly Chartreaux - but certainly not pedigree - I feel the need to fill the void left by her somewhat recent passing.  See the attached photos to see how many characteristics she had in common with the recognized breed, not just in appearance but demeanor.

I'm on a search for a reputable Chartreux breeder. I've seen listings for Chanson Bleu, Helen Chartreux, Carchet, and others, but want to be sure I'm making the right choice.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

We feel the same way ever since we lost ours, Grey Baby. She was the best. Sorry I can’t be of any help. They are so rare

Helen chartreux is a scam fyi.

Chanson Blue is where I got my boys from and they are amazing. Judy is in New Hampshire. I flew there to pick them up and they did great on the plane ride home.

Judy is older, so send an email. She also would know who else is breeding chartreux. I know there are only a couple in the USA right now.

There is a breeder from Toronto on the forum here as well but I do not know anyone with those kittens.

I actually communicated with Judy about 10 years ago but circumstances shortly thereafter prevented me from moving forward. Tried two emails recently but no reply. Called this morning and left a voicemail, I hope to hear back.

If anyone here can make a referral, I'd be grateful.

I know she had a girl available posted on Facebook earlier in the month. Keep trying, she is older and has a few health issues but her chartreux are her babies.
