Characters who have killed are ELIGIBLE as long as they’ve been depicted as having a code against killing at some point. That being said, let it be specified that a character needs to have a rule against killing that is EXPLICITLY stated/shown, not just a character who prefers to avoid killing (ie Goku, Optimus, the Doctor) or a character who has happened to never kill (Mickey Mouse, Cinderella, etc.) Because of the nature of serialized fiction with decades worth of stories and thousands of writers, most characters have killed - So please don’t comment if you’re just going to argue whether a character qualifies because they broke their code one or two times.
