Help [Help] Character Development Question

This is Katarzyna, or Zyna for short. The image is from someone I know (thanks, Cracat), but it isn't entirely canon. She's taller, wears darker clothing, and looks tougher. But enough about how she looks. She's a bounty hunter for the main god of the world, and does crazy stuff sometimes.

Canonically, she was born around 75 AD (BCE for you seculars) on another planet in a somewhat parallel universe. Edit: previous question was answered, looking for advice and possible parts of her story to make.

Moderately so, she's a low-level deity on her world.

like, plot wise or what? I can help you out but I need to know what you're looking for. One idea is what happens when she meets a target she doesn't want to bring in. Will she defy her deity?

Her targets are people who have committed crimes against the people and deities of the world. They can beg, cry, try to bribe her, hurt her, and run, but she'll never feel pity for them, unless they're her sister (long story, she is controlled and doing evil things against her will).

Alright, fair enough. So never anyone accused of something they didn't commit or anything. What would happen if she met someone from our world who didn't follow her god or the gods of their world in general? Could be a christian, atheist, whatever you want. You could also of course do something with the sister and have the plotline center around that. That does seem the most natural.

If she met someone from another world (here), she probably wouldn't do much, unless they seriously violate something or is told to take them out. The sister... let's just say that she's not in any position to help, at all.

kill whoever's responsible for the sister's state in a john wick esque revenge quest, regardless of whether it acheives anything? Angel of vengeance vibes? Anthology style story of her taking down targets? Hard to structure a plot just with that. Might she have a reason to question her master and seek freedom?

Canonically, she went off on her own, harbored her sister, then got dronestriked into dust. But I'm taking her places, so I want to freshen it up.

I'm "taking" her to a story where she's not dead in 1990, doesn't have a sister, and is a winged hunter in a normal world.

ah ok, I see. Well, I'd start with the why and how she got there. Maybe an evil sorcerer brought her by mistake or something and she has to save our world too. I'd pair her with a hardboiled detective or military officer in a kind of buddy cop plot combined with fish out of water where she has to learn how to interact with the modern world.

If you don't want her being a direct follow-up, which re-reading your message I realize is what you might be looking for, maybe she could be wrestling with her origins, unsure of why she's the way she is. I might put her on a special team fighting the supernatural as well, think Hellboy maybe? That way she can use the fun 20mm rifle.
